He has extensive experience managing and executing over 50 transactions across single-family, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties, involving hundreds of residential units throughout New Jersey.

His work spans the full property life cycle, including acquisition, entitlements, redevelopment, leasing, and ongoing asset management. He brings a disciplined, hands-on approach to operations and investment strategy, with a focus on long-term value creation.

Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Montclair State University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University. He currently serves on the Planning Board for the Borough of Little Ferry, contributing to municipal planning and development review.
