Thomas Visaggio is a licensed real estate broker and the Principal of Viza Property Management. He has extensive experience managing and executing over 50 transactions across single-family, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties, involving hundreds of residential units throughout New Jersey.

His work spans the full property life cycle, including acquisition, entitlements, redevelopment, leasing, and ongoing asset management. He brings a disciplined, hands-on approach to operations and investment strategy, with a focus on long-term value creation.

Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Montclair State University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University. He currently serves on the Planning Board for the Borough of Little Ferry, contributing to municipal planning and development review.

Tyler Olivieri serves as the Head of Leasing at Viza Property Management, where he oversees all leasing operations, client onboarding, and collection matters across the firm’s New Jersey portfolio. Tyler manages marketing efforts for available rental units and helps streamline processes to enhance the leasing experience for both tenants and property owners.

Tyler holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Rutgers University and is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson.

Chandler Olivieri leads finance and accounting operations at Viza Property Management, overseeing financial strategy, budgeting, and reporting for both owned and third-party managed properties.

He is responsible for ensuring accurate, transparent, and timely financial reporting for clients, including monthly owner statements, HOA financials, and annual budgets.

Chandler holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and brings strong financial and operational expertise to the firm’s investment and management platform.

Kristie D’Alto leads Repairs and Maintenance at Viza Property Management. She oversees day-to-day maintenance operations, coordinates with trusted vendors, and ensures repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Kristie also assists with managing insurance-related matters and works closely with HOA boards and property owners to obtain the necessary approvals to proceed with repairs, helping projects move forward smoothly while protecting the best interests of each property

Meagan Orth is our Operations and Compliance Coordinator, responsible for overseeing property onboarding, governmental and regulatory compliance, insurance tracking, and community relations, among other operational functions. With experience spanning network television, commercial studios, and freelance production, Meagan is known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to streamline processes while keeping people and creative goals at the center. She brings a strategic, collaborative approach to every project and thrives in high pressure, deadline driven environments.
